Gmail Priority Inbox: Gmail has a wealth of features that help you organize and filter your email. But one of the company’s best-known features, called “ Priority Inbox,” actually makes it easier to find things in your email than it is to search for them on your phone.
Here’s how Gmail Priority Inbox works.
You’ll receive emails about certain messages considered important to you. These emails will be marked “high priority.”
You can use those emails to quickly identify the parts of your email that you need to focus on. For example, you may get a high priority email about a specific project you’re working on. You can use that email to keep track of which files you need to include in your next batch sent.
This feature is especially helpful when you’re trying to stick to a schedule. You can use the priority inbox to help you stay on track with your daily schedule.

If you’ve ever passed an email address or personal information into a website, you’ll know how important it is to keep this information safe.
Gmail has a feature that allows you to hide the content of messages until you’re ready to read them. These messages are placed in a category called “ festivities ” and will stay in this category until you follow up with them.
