Google keeps track of your searches on the browser through its programs. You can either check for your searches in the last 90 days or delete your Google history. It is easy to do both in your Google chrome. And if you have signed into chrome on multiple devices or computers, you can see the Google history of all the devices and when you delete your browsing history, it will be deleted from all the other devices.
